“I don’t like vegetables!” What parent hasn’t heard those dreaded words?
By nature, children are picky eaters, often because of fear of the unknown taste or texture. In our fast food, drive-thru world filled with junk, like us, children crave the quick food we devour on our way to the next practice. As parents, we thirst for nutritious, quick meals for our children that will not beckon those dreaded words.
Children crave hands on manipulation of their surroundings; including their food. So, roll up your sleeves, slide on a couple of aprons, and get cooking with these children approved recipes.
