Satisfy theirs (and yours) with this quick and healthy dessert! You can make larger servings and save in the freezer for later. Cake Batter Ice Cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/16 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar of choice (recommend stevia for healthy substitute)
1/2 tbsp sprinkles
1 cup almond milk (1/2 cup canned coconut milk for creamier substitute)
1-2 tbsp coconut butter or 1/4 butter extract (for more cake batter taste)
pour into ice tray or 1-2 plastic containers
freeze (until frozen)
blend ice cream blocks in vitamix or food processor until ice cream consistency

*optional: sprinkles, 2-3 tsp butter-type spread, flour, or baking soda (for more cake flavor)
mix ingredients in vitamix or blender
