If your family is anything like mine, we snack more often than we eat meals. Trying to get kiddos to eat their entire plate of lunch or dinner is like pulling teeth, so we make do with what we can. But when our kiddos are filling themselves full of carbs, sugars, and fats, I knew we had to look for a better way. We’ve picked a handful of our favorite protein-packed snacks for the whole family, that are quick, easy, and taste delicious!
Oatmeal Bites
These oatmeal bites are delicious, healthy, and FULL of good proteins to keep your kiddos going. The best part is they are no-bake, have simple ingredients and leave virtually ZERO mess! They’re a great snack for the kiddos and for adults, perfect for grab-and-go or even movie marathon snacks.
No-Bake Granola Bars
These are granola bars are extra chewy and super delicious. They’re quick, easy, and are packed with protein and natural ingredients.
Chunky Monkey Bites
These bite-sized snacks are simple, easy, and super delicious. I don’t know about you, but in our house, peanut butter and banana flavored ANYTHING is a win-win! You can always substitute the chocolate for yogurt or look for some healthier options.
Green Smoothie
I’ve looked for a smoothie recipe that even the picky-eaters can’t say no to – and I’ve finally found one! This smoothie recipe is super easy and has ingredients that you’ll more than likely find in your kitchen at home. It’s a great snack-alternative and doesn’t make a big mess in the kitchen, either!
Finding snacks for the whole family doesn’t have to be difficult or feel impossible. But most importantly, they don’t have to make you feel like you’re eating something super healthy either! My favorite recipe of the bunch is most definitely the green smoothie, but I love a quick and easy snack that I can head out of the door with!
