While yogurt is always a great idea, the yogurt pouches aimed at children are the exact opposite. With an average 10g of sugar, as well as artificial flavoring and colors, this is more like a treat than a healthy snack.
4. Juice Packs
Sure, flavors are listed, but you can almost be sure that they’re all artificial. The amount of sugar overrides the advertised “flavor,” which leaves your child drinking nothing more than a sweetened beverage.
